Industrial. The PLYM rent increases seem to be typical, but a good sign (see clips). I passed on PLYM previously due to small mkt cap and high debt. High debt likely reflected in PLYM's decent valuation -- low P/FFO. So maybe a fair price now. I'll just watch for now. Thanks for info.
