Individual investors can not short stocks under $5.00, but MMs can. I don't believe any MMs dare to short NETZ right now, as they know DCLK IPO went $30.00. All Internet-related stocks like Yahoo and AOL went higher than anybody's expectation. The key is that NETZ may be proven to be a better company than DCLK. It's completely possible, if we are looking into Zulu and Softbank diverse business bases.

I think MMs can short to ensure orderly trading on the markets, but IMO on other BB stocks that sometimes MMs can become, let's say, overzealous, resulting in a short squeeze. I was wondering if that had happened last week and the sudden move up might have caught some MMs by surprise. =)
