Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but a "line of credit through an equity investment" usually means that the company has given the lending party some form of equity in the company in consideration for the line of credit. This could take the form of warrants or stock that would be used to repay the line of credit in the event of a default, or as a "finders fee" for allowing the credit line. Anyone have the skinny on FAMH's particular case?

Jane, Thanks for clearing that up! I'm also a Taurus. ;>)
