Thank you for sharing this.

On the Wolf Alpha podcast that Real time linked, Joe blamed corporate america for making bad decisions and falling for lying marketing. I thought he should take more responsibility for not engaging and educating prospective customers.

The SPD industry has to keep chipping aways to make the value proposition work clearly and it's not like SPD hasn't been over hyped too. Even on the S class there were issues of distortion on the curves, it's a lot bluer against the sun than they want to make out and viewed at angles the stuff I saw circa MB had plenty of haze. It's not like SPD sprang from the dog piss in 1965 the way it looks today.

Barring Corvette which is unconfirmed, SPD has the same stable of car models that it had 2 years ago, will Gauzy get it to win the value proposition of cost, performance and ease of use. They keep solving problems, but is it finally good enough outside of house priced cars?

Thanx for posting your experience. I don't understand the misinfo about SPD; you said shame on Gauzy but it's really on Joe. Many have asked, what does Joe do? And this is a prime example why that question is asked. There is no excuse for a Tier 1 supplier to not have the correct information about SPD.
