<<<So will this persist? Will there be no realization that even though it's more costly, SPD's benefits outweigh the cost issue?>>>

I agree. Also, SPD is not static. SPD black, wider film, some kind of 'off the shelf' retrofit, an integrated lam stack that eases some of the refraction issues and makes it cheaper etc all improve SPD's value as does cross selling within Gauzy's ADAS customer base.

It has to get to be good enough more than PDLC is good enough across the cost/performance/awareness matrix.

" So could we, with just Corvette, an Asian car and architectural sales become a very profitable company?"

I'm getting more nervous by the week that the Asian car may never happen. I realize Joe said it will be in the second half or this year, which is only 10 days old, but the goalposts have been moved several times already. At this point, I'll believe it when I see it and now fear the worst.

On a more positive note, I watched the interview with Joe and the one thing he emphasized twice was retrofit in the second half of this year. Fingers crossed.
