Ask away! Let me first clear up a few of your questions. I HAVE NEVER MANIPULATED ANY STOCK! I HAVE NEVER OWNED ANY NAMX STOCK! I HAVE NEVER SHORTED NAMX STOCK, AND FOR THAT MATTER I'VE NEVER SHORTED ANY STOCK! My association with Ebeling is simple: I invested in TRIDON ENTERPRISES based upon the information I received from Mr. Ebeling via the telephone. I was naive enough to believe that Paul was actually going to produce major motion pictures with big name stars. I, along with numerous others, truly believed the lies. It was unthinkable to me to actually believe a CEO of a particular company would knowingly deceive me and numerous others. I was an inmature gullible moron for not taking more responsiblity in my investment decision. I have provided each and every person on this thread ALL of my personal information. I've even posted my phone number so people could call me if they wanted. Strange as it may sound, I've even made quite a few good friends. It should be apparent to an individual such as yourself that I'm simply a small time investor that got taken for a ride. Not the first, nor the last. For you not to see that is very strange to me. For you not to go back and read the TEIM thread is strange to me. For you not to call me and ask me questions on the phone is strange to me. For you not to have a legitimate name and e-mail address is strange to me. For you not to have any personal information about yourself is strange to me. If you truly care about others on this thread, then simply provide a way to get in touch with you. Words are cheap... Naming me, Alice Bryant, Peter Boonen, John & Jane Does 1 through 15 is simply a ludicrous attempt to keep us from posting on the internet about Ebeling and his business practices. For most, the frivolous action would probably work. But for me, it had the exact opposite effect. I simply want the TRUTH to come out, and I am even more determined to see it happen. Will the truth come out in a court of law. No. Reason being, is because every accusation has to be proven by Ebeling and his lawyer John F. Bates. How can you prove something that isn't true? I've never manipulated stock, PERIOD! I've never owned NAMX stock, PERIOD! I've never associated nor conversed with ANY market maker. PERIOD! Hell, I don't even know how you go about shorting a particular stock. Don't you see? There simply diverting attention away from themselves! It's a game. The truth will come out one day and I hope I have the sincerity not to type the words, "I told you so". Is NAMX for real? I'm not sure. I'm unfamiliar with Michael Stamm & his wife Deborah Peppers. They could be very decent and knowledgable individuals. The Em-Sounder technology could actually work. I do however know that Paul made MANY promises to people over on the Tridon thread that NEVER materialized. Not only on the phone but also in numerous press releases. Is it fair for me to judge the future performance of NAMX based soley upon my past dealings with Paul Ebeling? Probably not, but boy it sure is hard not too. Example: We waited for NINE months to see a copy of TEIM's 10Q. After 3 extensions later, we finally get it. If I had only known then what I found out nine months later would have saved me quite a bit of money. Now, Ebeling states that NAMX "anticipates" becoming a full reporting company by the 1st quarter of 1998. Simply based upon past experience, I don't see it happening. We'll see, and if they do, I will make a public apology to Ebeling and everyone involved with NAMX. April will be quite an exciting time for everyone...

Dear Mr. Soros: As an individual investor, I too am sick of the nonsense on this thread. While your proposal is very noble, it really isn't the place to settle this dispute. No one knows who is lying or who is telling the truth, who is pretending to be someone else here, and on and on. Face it, an internet thread is not the place for these parties to settle their dispute. NAMX has decided to file a suit against certain of these individuals (Hunter Vann) among them. That means it should be settled in a court of law. In fact, I couldn't imagine ANY company agreeing to debate an issue such as this on an internet thread while litigation was pending. Anyone who thinks a corporate attorney would allow his client to engage in such an activity is being naive. (no offense Mr. Soros) Why anyone in their right mind who is a party to a suit like this would continue to post is beyond me. If Mr. Vann has an attorney, I am very surprised that his attorney hasn't advised him of this. Every post just gives more material for possible prosecution. It just makes no sense. Mr. Soros, I have checked with KN Energy as Mr. Van suggested. They confirmed that there was a contract with NAMX. I called Triton and spoke to Kevin over there after Mr. Vann left a post and asked precisely the question he posed on the thread (that post seems to have been removed) and again Mr. Vann's attack was proven unfounded. Then today Mr. Vann trying to give the impression that he was not involved in a law suit. So I did what I could to check it out. Indeed I found out that he is the defendant in a suit filed against him by NAMX. I really have seen enough. I think it's pretty easy to make a conclusion here.
