Eddy: Super Post!... Putting DPMI 11 years ahead of the market it appears! Hard to believe (for me) that .08 micron could be achieved without going to electron beam lithography... That they could achieve this breakthrough using DPMI photomasks and DUV steppers...incredible! They then go on to say that there is lattitude for still finer line lithography, using DUV -- Wow!...why didn't I buy STILL more DPMI?? Thanks again, Eddy.. The Saintly One.
