Something called Rule 23 makes a ruling more broad if there's a class potentially so large that the court would be overwhelmed if they treated the court's order individually, case by case. It's technical and I'm not a lawyer. Maybe the AI SCOTUS can explain the rights of the unborn for us? That'll be really interesting to see how they notify the class members!
