LOL. Someday you really ought to write a book, entitled perhaps, "101 Non-Elite Destinations." Thanks. Been done I think. There's a "how to" book out now about the most dangerous 100 places to travel to or something like that. Kashmir, Rwanda, and other various garden spots. In any case, Rio is about as dangerous as I like to get. My biggest concern is actually having a contract put out on me by El Comandante for flaming his personal airborne lapdance parlor.
