Any entity not prudent with its keys can be hacked.

The saying is " My keys, my cryptos" or if you prefer "Not my keys, not my cryptos".

Conclusion, take great care of your keys and you will never be hacked. (and this includes your spending passwords)

This being said, I think that the totals of hacked cryptos is below 0.2% of all cryptos outstanding. I d'say that it is not a big concern and normal.
