Filings as of the yesterday now show Bender with 3 filings for a total of 65,000. Yes a filing may not result in a sale but 99% of the time it does...As a holder I still ask the same question... Why now? And the idea of cash needs makes little sense if you think your stock is likely to trade higher in the near term... These show up on Bloomberg

I imagine one thing leading to the confusion is "shares owned to sell" and "options" which could be exercised. Could be wrong but I anticipate action on options...
