Although RSA cable modem deal is down the road, here is an example of the increasing acceptance of this technology in 'early adopter' homes. I have read of similar accounts in many places. Remember, unlike the MSFT and NSCP browser deals (where RSA is definitely not getting paid by the browser), RSA will receive a royalty on EVERY SINGLE CABLE MODEM SOLD by virtually every manufacturer. If this technology catches on and performs the way the people using it now suggest, RSA stands to be a very happy camper.

Do SDTI and NETA truly compete?

Doesn't SDTI have dominant market share at the application level (secure e*mail etc...) through RSA where NETA is more focused on network security (firewalls etc..).

Doesn't that place them in different layers of the security architecture?
