Why doesn't Texas slide off into the Gulf of Mexico? Because Oklahoma sucks... Oklahoma is a lot like Kansas, demographically speaking. Outside of a couple of cities, it is very, very rural. And their way of life has been under attack since Reagan by the party they are deeply in love with. My grandparents ran one room schoolhouses in Oklahoma up until at least the end of the 1960s. Pawpaw taught and Nanny cooked and cleaned for the schoolhouse. There must be something in the water supply in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana with Kansas as an honorary, but still second tier member. They picked the wrong side during the Lost Cause and that his hard to forgive, Periodically, one or the other decides to take chainsaw to their legs for the "lolz". Hilarity is sure to ensue.
