Wayne: Isn't that nice of them.....paying themselves first before the regular stockholders. SOunds like a corrupt deal to me, but that is just my opinion. What is their justification? The fact that the company is not trading, so the true worth is $0.0 per share? Thus the insiders are paying a premium for these shares? I hope the Vancouver exchange has enough sense about them not to approve that deal. I think it would be very hard to get by them, given the current state of things. YUCK I say! Kerry
