Skelly -
As you know, CFV management - in a smart delaying move - asked for and received a 6 month extension on the date of the AGM. This was countered by a legally binding shareholder request (>5% of the shares, I think) to CFV for an AGM within 69 days of the receipt of the letter. This took place the end of last week.
On this basis, I look for the AGM to take place somewhere around the 23rd of May.
