In fact I think they have outsourced the Integrion Hedron(sp) operations to CheckFree also.....because of their superior systems experience. Furthermore if this is something IBM could have done, I'm ASS-U-ME-ing they would have never come to CheckFree in the first place....they would have done it themselves. In my mind there had to be a reason that they would turn over a potential 60+ Millions of Checking & Savings accounts to CheckFree....They didn't know how to do it comes to my mind.

King David, I think were pretty much in agreement. I mostly a Mainframe dude, although I have coded in VB, C++, etc. I don't think IBM is involved in the project, they are just supplying the Hardware (IBM G4 Mainframe's), along with the software to support it CMOS operating system, Parallel Sysplex, etc. I think IBM is very good with Mainframes and Software for the Mainframes. I don't have any experience with IBM lead projects, but I'm pretty sure that this doesn't apply to CheckFree anyway. Who do you work for HDS, Amdhal(sp?)? I'm a former EDS employee. I think EDS probably has the same reputation when it comes to leading projects, and I can't say I disagree. Did you know Cobol2 is OO? You can also Code 'C' on the Mainframe C/370. Benny.
