Humbly report, Mike, there is a lot of good info on COGIF on its newly renamed and re-categorized SI thread, #subject-17239 .

A short term target of mid-twenties sounds good to me. ;-)

Haven't a clue how UBIX will react tomorrow.

RESEARCH ALERT-Formula (TEL:FORM) EPS outlook raised

Reuters, Wednesday, September 03, 1997 at 07:30

JERUSALEM, Sept 3 (Reuter) - Carnegie Emerging Markets said
in a report released on Wednesday that it was raising its 1997
and 1998 earnings per share (EPS) estimates for Israel's Formula
Systems Ltd, a software company.
Analyst Stephen Levey said he was raising 1997 prospective
EPS to 8.5 shekels per share from an earlier 7.4 shekels and
1998 EPS to 8.9 shekels from 7.7 shekels.
Levey said he was increasing his estimates for full-year
1997 capital gains for Formula to 52 million shekels from 40
million. He said gains in 1998 would likely exceed his current
25 million shekel estimate.
Carnegie said 1998 EPS would be helped by
higher-than-expected sales from Formula's Wiztec Solutions Ltd
(NASDAQ:WIZTF) unit and rapid earnings growth at Crystal Systems
Solutions Ltd (NASDAQ:CRYSF) and other units.
"On a perspective price-to-earnings ratio of 9.2 times
versus a Mishtanim (index) ratio ... of 15.4 times, we continue
to recommend the shares as a strong buy, and set a new medium
term target of 100 shekels," Levey said.
($1 = 3.52 shekels)
