Bob, I've been wondering about that very issue. Let's say for a moment that CA is unsuccessful in it's hostile takeover of Computer Sciences. CA has to be a full service integrator to compete with IBM, et al. Where are they going to get the people? By buying companies. Do we have any candidates in the current portfolio? CATP? ISCG? DTPI? SCAI? I'll have to honestly admit that I do not know what niches these companies fill. However, if they have a staff of people that are needed by someone who is willing to pay a premium and still let Safeguard have the future benefit of their success (in terms of a stock swap), I see it as a win-win.
