good luck to you to chip hunter, although i think you are wrong. time for the nasdaq and sox to correct a bit. wouldn't be surprised if mu goes down with them. ta, fa, dram prices all are against mu. it's going to be REAL hard to mu to have any substantial short term run. . . but stranger things HAVE happened.

Chip:

MU has just broken out of a descending triangle, to the
downside. Very bearish, here's why: There were two sets
of players, the gang trying to keep it from going below
33 1/2 or so, and the gang trying to keep selling it down
every time it rose a little. The triangle shows that the
buyers at 33 1/2 were not giving an inch for three or
four re-tests of that level.

Until they gave up completely! The sellers won! This is
a rare resolution to this kind of chart formation.

What happened? The MUEI warning? The IMF vote and
Greenspan "touting"? Stock traders learning to do F/A by
themselves? Lack of touting from Robbers & Stealers at
their tech con? (BTW I hope we all know what "con" is
short for.) The inevitable next step after the
double-top failure at 2/4/98? Or something else?

Now -- your reasons, please!
