We already knew this. Not much is going to happen because:

1. what criminal statutes were broken?
2. statute of limitations - most federal non-capital offenses have a SOL of 5 years
3. high hurdle to get any convictions in DC - Durham brought three open-and-shut cases and only got one conviction, Clinesmith, who got a hand slap.

Its all for the history books, now, IMO. Even if a statute applied, its been almost a decade. Its likely time barred. Nothing is going to happen.
