Bernard, The question about JATO and Brian Gast, late of ATI, is WHERE ARE THEY? Same place as WebCel, Zip Communications et. al., I suppose. I suspect they will try to come back as a hired gun post auction, but running that trial plus their corporate MDS experience seems to be their only credentials. If I were WNP, I'd keep looking for my operational partner. Bell South has similar experience with their TI trial, and TI has had two-way systems operational for trial in Brazil. I wonder if JATO is persevering with their trial currently and what their objectives would be in the short time they have left to use their experimental license before they relinquish it to the auction licensee. Fiber blankets the country, and wholesale capacity is readily available, from Quest and a long list of other carriers. I don't think you have to go to Denver to bolt LMDS to fiber, if that is your networking idea.
