JT. Targretin is in Phase II trails for Prostate cancer, but I think its more for easing pain in advanced patients than eradicating tumors. The Clinical Trials page:
home.att.net has some information via links.
There is also a link to the PCI data base which can be searched by disease to see what prostate cancer protocols are active.

I've had good luck doing Alta Vista searches on things like "prostate cancer" ... it will bring up lots of references to sift through, and links to good sites.
