As I understood things, the debts of JNNE went away with the sale of RETN to ANFS. JNNE is a "holding" company, or a "shell". The assets are the shares of ANFS. As per the last company press release before the Patrick Rost announcement, JNNE said they would comply with NASD listing requirements, so we should see a 10-Q with more details when it's due.
