Jerome, Thanks, but believe me -- I am in no way a better man than you or any other shareholder. However, my perspective may be a little different than most. I help to run a private company which is considerably larger than AGTI. As a matter of fact, most of the time I do run the company. I take my work seriously and I hope the same applies to Nieman, Hunziker and the rest. Hours are sometimes precious: twenty things which need immediate attention, when realistically there is only time to accomplish ten. Although my boss is the president of the company, I often find myself putting off his personal requests because I know there are higher priorities at that moment for the good of the company. HIS company. He understands this and stands aside while I "do my thing." In the long run, he benefits because the company is thriving. So what I am doing is standing aside while (I hope) AGTI management is "doing their thing". In my earlier post, I was trying to indicate that every ten minutes a senior manager loses while attending to the "bosses" -- that's you and me -- are ten minutes which may have been spent on more productive things. It may be a bitter pill (maybe a little blow to my ego), but I can swallow it if this company begins to thrive like my own. For the benefit of new readers/shareholders, I would like to note that callbacks in the past were always prompt and professional. So I attribute the recent lack of responsiveness to my above scenario. This has never been a problem in the past. Regarding the BTC announcement, I can only reiterate that Bob Hunziker should have never commented on the subject and certainly should not have pinpointed it down to hours. Beyond that, I know nothing more than anyone else on this thread. As I type this post, it is now past 8:00 -- I'm still in my office -- and I just tried to call Nieman/Hunziker again. The receptionist informed me that management has been in a meeting all day and have only taken short breaks as needed. They are still in the meeting, but I left a message for either or both of them to call at first opportunity. From a friend: don't let this situation get you too upset. You and I both have a lot of $$$ tied up in this company, and it looks like it's going to be a boom or bust. I regularly communicate with a few other shareholders who have millions....yes, millions ....of shares. Every one of us agrees this experience has been as frustrating as hell, but I'll never lose one minute of sleep worrying about it. We are paying Nieman to run this company, he's been on the job for what? nine days? so I'll cut him some slack. But I'm expecting boom, not bust, in return for my patience and my hard earned investment. Or else... Regards, Hardrocker
