Oxford has lied and management SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE and should NOT be left off the hook.

As I said in my previous post you are day trading (with an average cost of $16), good for you and that is why you have no ill feelings or claims with WIGGINS.

You seem like you are bending over backwards to justify this deal. The preffered got a deal that PENNY STOCKs often get

1) dividend
2) rights to conversion
3) warrants

A) $15.50 price per share.

Why are you talking about redempion provisions? Don't you see that management had no choice and capitulated to whatever the Texas group wanted. Why would they allow a redemption w/o a major premium above the price. Why do you want us to be so naive.

WHY IS THE COMPANY "HIDING THE SPECIFICS OF THIS OFFERING, aren't the shareholders entitled to now the exact specifics of the dilution.

I want to sue Wiggins that he should relinquish and give back all his perks and golden parachutes he received today at the cost of the shareholders. HE DESERVES ZERO and should pay back the millions he benefitted from HIS CRIME this August.
