I was laughing at myself looking at my counter which is filled with tons of supplements. One of my girls lives in Portland with her husband who is a scientist, and they are coming down for the day to pick up their kid at music camp, and we are going out to lunch at the local fish market. And I was just thinking when they see how many bottles I have on my counter, to tell them everything there has a science backed reason for being there-lol.
