I think you are right - I would guess that results will be out by the end of this week, but I think the co. is in a quandry re J-L. I have a feeling that the results are not as good as were expected. If I am right there will need to be an adjustment in the fees paid to J-. This is where Matt's position with the company gets really questionable. Remember - his father owns a piece of J-L and Matt is in charge of overseeing the assay labs.

i agree with neals assessment. i think that management is trying to put together a very significant release and felt that the announcement of the extension would be part of that release. I do feel that after any set deadline of any kind approaches or passes, the company should put out a small explanation.I certainly didn't feel that the extension information was inside information. If it was, i wouldn't have posted it and if it was i would never have been told that information in the first place. I talk to several people at naxos on a daily basis and have met them all and have never been told any inside information and i don't expect for that to change. In fact, i find them pretty tight lipped about everything.
