>>Paraphrasing Geoff Moore

Geoff just came out with a new book called "The Gorilla Game" which you might find interesting. He actually outlines the Customer Service Software group in a chapter and refers to these stocks as in the "bowling alley" which is a stage before a potential tornado.

BTW, on pg. 260 of the (hard-back version) book, he actually references this web site. Verbatim, he writes:

"Vantive appeared to pull away from Clarify and Scopus as the favorite in the customer service category. Vantive posted the strongest revenue growth throughout the year, and the word of mouth in the industry seemed to suggest that Vantive had built a lead. (This word of mouth was available to the average investor on www.techstocks.com, which we'll discuss in Chapter 9)."

Huh.
