Are you still using as10675's Fidelity screener to buy and sell stocks? If so, I'm curious of how you are doing.
It should be working well in this market the last few months.

I took a ride on TPL years ago. TPL was like a bucking bronco. It was the time period when management and activists were quarrelling among themselves about the direction they should take.
I sold at $160.85 for a small loss. That's how long ago it was.
