FWIW: If you recall a few weeks ago, I reported that SRS Labs (SRSL:Nasdaq)announced the potential acquisition of Valence Technology Inc. I called SRS to confirm and the woman who wrote the press release described her error as a typo. Well sure enough SRS announced the acquisition of Valence Technology Inc. yesterday. This Valence is a privately held Japanese company. You can imagine the horror of hearing that Valence Technology Inc. was acquired for $19.5 million.
