another common misconception -- PMs can't rise with the dollar.

they are correlated only over very short terms --

but re DULL:

you are getting a good opportunity to dollar cost average --
if you feel you have a handle on the intermediate term -- no sweat

there's certainly nothing for PM bulls to be excited about today ...
