Hi WEagle,

You are issuing a cautionary note, that if one follows CLX studies suggests we have already entered a corrective wave.

IF one takes the next step in price waves, then we are likely to experience an ABC corrective wave.

One very difficult trade discipline (at least for me) is to wait for the final C wave decline to prove itself. If one can master this, one can find the best price target of the entire wave sequence.

Sounds easy, but if you can out wait the rise of the B wave, the resulting C wave will often drop below the low of the A wave. It would often take longer in time to complete, Often with lower AYDIS numbers (less negative than seen in the A wave down). These are signs that selling is drying up andTed Warrem dip buyers are competing at the discount window for discounted prices. When the insiders are no longer able to buy from scared investors, they respond to competing buying pressure with the price mark up phase.

Poor performing EPS shares are getting a walk out to the wood shed and dumped on.:

looking at FLR's ($15.35 drop on Friday) who makes blowout valves for deep sea drilling (It is a play on the Gulf of America's lomg term E&P potential).

Nice secondary consolidations on: KRP, LYG, ARQ.

My long held Ted dog COHU reported better revenue and EPS on Thursday and was up nicely on a bad day down on Friday. They finally guided up on the next quarter (as did big brother TER the day before). The semi equipment makers have been in a trough since February of 2022 and the elapsed time since then has been long enough to where strong hands have once again been achieved. Les H has a semi report daily on his thread nd the semi equipment compmaies have been depressed for a long time. The Big Chip Act will soon result in fabs being built and the equipment lines will be completed. Not a long wait I hope!

I'll be watching my fav AMNF which often goes up on a down days, but often retraces on corrective waves. Last year they reported Q2 revenue on August 18th. They have been expanding their product footprint into Texas and Florida, and have been producing record sales and profits with a very solid and debt free balance sheet.

I'd love to add onto this unknown value stock that is very stockholder friendly.

All of the stocks above pay a dividend (except Cohu) and are profitable on most quarters.

All comments welcomed on this list I've been slowly building.

With the Big Beautiful Bill passed, and hundreds of billions in tariff money rolling in and the tax rates for both corporations and personal taxes lowered and in place permanently, I can't imagune a slow time period to ocurr in 2025 h2 and all of 2026.

It's a good time to buy an accidental high yielding stock, that will pay you to wait as the economic lags catch up with the reality of what has been put into permanency.

Time to patiently, buy a dip, into the next impulsibe wave up may be presenting itself.

JMHO
