Rich,

what do you think Q's legal spend has been to service this particular, never-happy customer? I can only imagine what's coming when Maverick, err, Apple goes 100% internal and Q then tries to collect royalty income.

At some point you need to cut bait. Surely that time is now.

Playing with Apple has always been a biased game coming with an air of disrespect. I think they should just leave them with the X71 unless they sign a new contact with volumes and time justifying the potential of Apple xeroxing their designs.

4G/5G grew from the same LTE base where differentiators were easy to imitate from known implementations. 6G with AI are the future modem differentiators. These need to be protected in a serious and more knotty manner.

Working with Samsung is fairer bcs they bring fabrication skills to the table.
