She went to the courthouse to extend her visa, which was set to expire in December, but there the ICE-IS thugs detained her and threw her into a federal penitentiary. Of course, a spokeshole from DHS claims that she overstayed her visa by two years, but given how frequently the Trump regime lies, I have to take that with a huge grain of salt. But let's assume for the moment that she did overstay her visa. Is she a violent felon? Is she a murderer and a rapist, the "wurst of the wurst" as the Trump regime calls them? What did she do wrong? She's just a 20-year-old young lady. Why should she be thrown into a federal penitentiary and treated like a member of Tren de Aragua or MS-13?
