A previous post pointed out the fact that Microsoft has often traded at a PE similar to it current level, sometimes higher. Does the fact that its financial future is looking more solid than before make it more of a tulip? Does the fact that it's got a much higher growth rate than Gillette or Procter & Gamble but similar PE make it a tulip? Does the fact that it has potential for huge growth in enterprise, consumer, broadcast, content markets, and others make it a tulip?

I agree that the PE is high. It has been for the past 5 years that I've owned it, but the future has (almost) always looked bright to me. Future definitely looks bright now regardless of the short term price swings.
