Tan has tapped supply-chain contacts more than usual for Intel and has given them data to help improve chip yields, Zinsner said.

Does this mean Intel has to change their Design Rules after the start of production. If so, not too swift.

I can see designers thinking "why didn't you tell us what you wanted the first time".

....well....a lot of cryptic comments about yield.......seems they should be in volume production NOW for a big late year launch.........Panther Lake.....a high volume laptop chip....... no?.....can they afford to stumble here at all?......AMD should turn up the pressure big time in laptops......Intel is terrible in reaction mode
