This article is a meaningless. 1) look at the date it was published!!! The share price has gone up at least %100 since the article came out. Do you understand the level this company's PE is at? I would bet anything the analysts referred to in the article will retract their buy options at the new level VRSN sells at.

Mr. Nagy Moustafa, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Diversinet Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Frank M.
Clegg to the board of directors of Diversinet Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Diversinet Corp.

Mr. Clegg has been with Microsoft for 7 years, and as Vice President for
the Central U.S. and Canada region, he oversees several hundred sales,
consulting and technical support staff in pre-sales and post sales
responsibilities. In addition, he is on the Board of Internet Liquidators
International Ltd. and has served as a member of the University of Waterloo
Advisory Council.
