That’s weird. There were no other insider buys in that period unless they haven’t been reported yet. Kevin Tang (BOD member w/ controlling interest of Tang Capital Management LLC is buying into and maybe even driving this rally. What’s his objective? It’s such a common pattern for biotech share prices to surge on one quarterly report or publication of one good result only to fall back in the following days or week or two weeks. He’s risking that he’s committing a lot of capital at a short term peak. And no other insiders seem to agree with him.
