So how do California Democrats, who make up 45% of registered voters, control 82% of the congressional seats and all of the state government?” Newsom’s desperate effort to stay relevant after he leaves office have led him to turn into a Twitter troll. And while defending his unconstitutional plan for near total power, he accused Republicans of gerrymandering by listing 12 states with no Dem seats. That included Alaska, North and South Dakota and Wyoming, which only have one seat. How do you gerrymander one seat in a one-seat state? Either Newsom is that dumb or that dishonest.
