It's not clear just what it is you are trying to do. If you are trying to run on multiple PCs, you can only run PCQuotes on one machine at a time! (Otherwise they would have a big problem with people "sharing" accounts...) If you are connected to the Internet through a proxy, then you either need to set up your proxy for PC Quotes (will take a bit of poking to discover the ports - I once knew this, but forgot :) ) or else you may be able to use a VPN (virtual private network) product instead of a proxy. VPNs are, for the most part "transparent", and don't require the configuration needed of a proxy. The one exception is any protocol where an IP address or port number is passed back inside of a data packet to the system that you are connecting to. (Such as FTP...) However, I don't think this is the case with TAL, though. See: nevod.com for one popular inexpensive VPN solution.
