T Way way back in 1973 I was driving to WSU from the Seattle area. Then the Arab oil embargo hit. Gas prices almost tripled. Then speed limits dropped down to 55 from 70. I was pissed! I bought two of the original seven sisters as trading investments and traded them off and on for almost forty years including some of their successors. I dumped them all in 2008. I knew RE would doom them all eventually way way back in about 1990. I'm not shorting but it will definitely get very interesting shortly! E
