This may be out there but Gauzy and RFI merging?
I posted not long ago that for me, an RFI/Gauzy merger buyout would make all the sense in the world. The reality is that RFI is essentially a one-man operation. And that one man, AFAIK, has taken no measures to ensure his quick and qualified replacement, should the need arise.

In my opinion, the logical source for such a replacement would come from Gauzy, because only Gauzy's people have a similar understanding of SPD's from both the technical and business perspectives..

Also, I said I'd start buying again when RFI sees the need for CFO and Gauzy's SEC filings indicate the black film is in production. Now I'll wait until LTI has their architectural glass data "tied up with a bow" (whatever that means.)
