he didn't say that: he said it would have comparable run rate and infrastructure, and more momentum.

one thing WCII will have to work on is getting higher average revenue per line. data services will help.

On NBMO friday meeting, He did refer to Vogel's 98 target ($100) as "aggressive".

Of course, there should be no uncertainty as to WHY Vogel got first crack on the CC.
