never visited but I did want to go at one time to see some big name act. In the 70's I was in Sacramento in 110f heat, ugh no thanks

BEV, aka a battery electric vehicle. I like leaving the air conditioner on while I leave the vehicle for a few hours doing errands while it's very hot outside. Refreshing on return to a cool interior. Something you can't do with an ICE unless you run the engine sucking petrol. Which is very, very inefficient. Not to mention very dirty. (or keeping it warm inside on very cold winter days!) The smartphone app allows monitoring and control in real time. Anywhere in the world with IP.
