a bit wild dreaming, but as good as any other guess. beats total confusion LOL. I try to imagine who ever the chief strategy guys are in China, actually sitting around a table somewhere, making such strategies. Are they drinking Baidu when they do it? or just tea. Do they do it over dinner? or straight up around a table with bottled water. Do they rotate their strategy members or they are long haul thinkers who stay together to monitor the game plan? USA has think tanks LOL which may get heard or not heard depending on day or time or whatever. Clearly the current crop of USA thinkers, regardless, and certainly the decision makers, are the most uneducated bunch ever to inhabit positions that directly affect the nation let alone maintaining some kind of friendly social order aka policies that do not foment fratricide. our guys are for tearing up the entire fabric and culture while stealing what's left of a clearly bankrupt economy as far as the national accounting goes by any metric.. any metric.
