Lets not split hairs on whether the cap is based on wholesale or retail... my point was.... it is a $400 cap - and again whether wholesale or retail.... I dont see AAPL posting 50% percent margins on its phones....

AAPL will try and argue that the $400 cap is sufficient for the calc... but then AAPL also makes a substaintial profit on its app store and in app purchases.. which requires always connected devices to make that work

I see the cap going to 600-800
