4:47 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intel ( INTC ) CEO Lip-Bu Tan will visit the White House on Monday after President Donald Trump called for his resignation last week over potential links to Chinese businesses, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter. Tan is expected to discuss his background with Trump and outline potential areas of cooperation between Intel ( INTC ) and the government, according to the report. Micron will be at a previously announced investor forum this morning which no doubt was the reason that they made the earnings announcement now. They couldn't just lie at the conference or spring it on people there. Sadly, I won't be able to watch it as I have another appoint at 11 EST, which is when it will start.
