You shouldn't be surprised considering UDC stated many years ago there would be competition develop to compete with UDC products. We saw this happen with host materials

Can't or won't? UDC never steps on OEM toes by announcing new products using UDC materials.

The answers to those questions were very unsatisfying.

Wouldn't say whether they can or cannot sue anybody who's selling red or green which as you suggest is probably bye-bye monopoly

Wouldn't promise a true Pholed stack with blue.
