Dell got back on track because it has great mgt. and keeps the news comming in ..Earnings were always great are at least beat expectations..I've been a Dell long for a while..They luv to squeeze the shorts..I think 20 is a good support line for Yuri..I'm new to the thread and no very little but I watched the stock keep grabbing above 20 today on real time tick by tick.. This company needs to keep the news flowing even if its minor..It leaves the share holders in the dark a little too much. Maybe tomorrow will bring some upward movement and that will renew buying confidence. good Luck to all.

Confronting Yurie System on releasing such statement does indeed violate SEC rules. Its not the company's fault if the stock's short term performance lags. Stop being so small time and worry about daily movements.

The reasons behind such stock movements: MM manipulation, yes. Shorting, no. But dont think of reporting it to SEC or Yurie's management. Specialists and MMs have been manipulating prices since the buttonwood days on Wall Street, 200 some years ago. You cant change the system. And YURI is NOT singled out. All stocks, including MSFT, INTC, CSCO, KO...all are operated the same way. Check out Richard Ney's books Wall Street Gang, Wall Street Jungle, and Making it in the Markets for details.

Shorting CANNOT depress prices, stated very clearly in SEC documents to prevent the acceleration of declining prices.
