Re: BFS I am leery of the concentration in the suburban DC area.

We have lived in the DC suburbs a few times over the decades. Very different from other metro areas. Most of the folks we knew worked for or with uncle sam.

So, I see concentration in the DC area is a plus IMHO. Government is the one eternal growth industry.

there may be little hiccups from time to time, but gov.'s only real talent is to grow itself at our expense.

And - so many companies' businesses are tied to the gov. that they all open offices into the DC area too.

I see DC suburbs as a safer investment location compared to other major metro areas.
